Only one g/c can be redeemed per tattoo.
You must be 18yrs old to be tattooed, there for you must be 18yrs old to redeem a gift card/ gift certificates for tattoos.
Participating Artist are independent contractors and control their own schedules, All bookings and wait times will be based on the artists current schedule at time of appointment request, wait times for bookings can be less then but not limited to 6 months to 1 year from purchase of gift card/Gift receipt or longer.
all artist reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, or reschedule appointments as needed, for behavior of any kind; specifically behavior by which they judge to be unsafe or jeopardize their well-being or the well-being of the shop, fellow Artists or shop clientele or if they judge the client to be unwell or unfit to be tattooed at the time of appointment, especially if the client is found to intoxicated or in physical/mental distress.
